THE STORY

Lauren Hilger, founder & CEO of Gold Mine Digital has spent over 10 years developing innovative digital strategies for global brands, start-ups, publishers and agencies. 

At Sony Pictures, Lauren developed the social marketing campaigns behind blockbusters such as The Amazing Spider-Man, The Smurfs, Men In Black III, and 21 Jump Street. She also collaborated with A-list talent including Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Kevin Hart, and more.  

Following her personal passion for the fashion industry, Lauren joined Clique Media Group in 2012 where she developed social media strategies and content for three global brands—WhoWhatWear, Byrdie, and MyDomaine. While with Clique, Lauren also partnered with editorial, advertising, and marketing teams to deliver against cross-departmental objectives. 

After leading cross-platform digital strategy for Mattel's Girls portfolio (including a stint as the "voice" of Barbie on social media that won a Cannes Bronze Lion), Lauren started Gold Mine Digital in 2016.
